Notable transformations

• Split the Periodo field into separate anio and trimestre columns.
• Filtered the dataset to keep the Edad = 'Total' aggregate and dropped the original Edad column.
• Removed rows with missing (..) unemployment rates and converted the percentages to numeric values.
